**Replace JDA with ShardProvider for improved sharding**

Refactored core classes and APIs to use `ShardProvider` instead of `JDA` directly. Added `ShardService` for managing shard connections and activity, improving scalability and separation of concerns. Integrated test coverage to validate shard-level operations and bot endpoints.
